Here are a few Hamster Tips!

• Spend time with your hamster everyday.
• Use your hamster's name when talking to it.
• Vary the kinds of food you give it to keep it interested.
• Hamsters are nocturnal. They sleep during the day and are active in the night. If they are sleeping, it's best not to wake them up, for they may nip if they're grouchy.
  
• Be careful not to put your hamster near a TV because they are sensitive to loud sounds.
• Do not put your hamster in an area of under 40 degrees Fahrenheit, because when the get cold for too long, they will go into a period of hibernation and often get mistaken as being dead.
